Dr. Moore formed "Education is Bling the Moore the Blingyer" LLC in November 2021. The mission is to sponsor events supporting education, youth, family, and the community. The purpose is to inspire others to pursue an education, develop their entrepreneurial skills, and ultimately achieve their goals and success in life. The goal is to support youth, families, and the community by linking resources, scholarships, and educational services.

Dr. Moore was employed for 25 years with the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and mentored by many of the best government leaders. She is a graduate of Walden University with a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Dr. Moore holds a Master's in Social Work (MSW) from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Master of Science (MS) in Urban Affairs from Hunter College. Dr. Moore is a Walden University Contributing Faculty for BSW, MSW, and a Ph.D. dissertation and Doctoral Capstone Chair for students in the Social Work department.
